I'm really wanting to do an artist's table at Nebraskon for 2011. However, in my desire to watch older anime, I've lost touch with what's hip and cool for animu. I've compiled a list to what characters some people would like to see, but the point of this journal is to find characters I've missed and people would like to see plushitized and able to be taken home to cuddle and squee at (fangirls, your hour is near). So, I was watching Scott Pilgrim vs. The World the other night while working on the dress for my Marceline doll, and it occurred to me that I should totally make plushies of Scott and Ramona. The clincher? Magnets inside their mouths so it looks like they're kissing! (insert squee-type sounds here). I'll probably do blue-hair version of Ramona from the comic, with Scott in that green shirt he has. I'll do some research on designs I'd probably use and then hopefully have them done in time for Valentine's Day (btw this would be the cutest geeky gift ever!)
